Trap your opponent
2 players start out in opposite corners,
The playing field is flat,
Each player in turn must choose to move in any direction, execpt,
they cannot go back one step,
They cannot move onto a raised pillar,
They cannot move onto a pillar that is occupied by a player.
When each player makes a move to an immediate adjacent pillar (no diagonal moves), they must rise the pillar they just left, by 1 step.
The exception is the centre pillar, that never changes height.
The object of the game is to cause your opponent to not be able to make any more moves.
